Ticket #2323 (Could not set key binding for action window move "by desktop #") created

Adding or modifying key binding to action "Window:Moving" -> "By Desktop #..." result in key binging to some other action (something like "To Next Desktop") E17 version is 0.17.1-1 (same was noticed in previous 0.16.999.70492-2).
