Ticket #2125 (Wizard selection of language: default option) created

There's two minor problems in the selection of language step of the wizard startup:

1. The default option (system's default) option in the language selection of the wizard setup doesn't says "which" language is, a better option could be something like: System Default [Spanish]
2. This default value removes the language from the list, some users may want to allways use his default language or simply he don't know which one is and want to pick it from the list, but since it is not listed (and the previous option doesn't says which one is default), he may think that it is simply not available
